Refund Policy
All sales are final and refunds will not be issued. In cases of defective merchandise, we will gladly exchange any item(s) for non-defective item(s) following receipt of the defective item(s). All returns will be paid for by the customer.

Shipping Policy
At Parkville Jewelers, we strive to ship all orders of in-stock merchandise within 24-48 hours following the purchase.

We utilize the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to ship items. Typical transit times are between 2 and 4 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on distance shipped and national holidays. USPS deliveries are made Monday – Saturday.

We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the United States with the exception of Canada.

Please note that an additional 8.1% sales tax will be charged for orders placed within the state of Missouri. No sales tax is charged for out of state orders.
